With God, All Things Grow
In December, our 4th grade Sunday School children emptied their piggy banks and pooled their money together to offer a gift from their hearts towards our Expansion Project.

In the month of December, our 4th grade Sunday School children emptied their piggy banks and pooled their money together to offer a gift from their hearts towards our Expansion Project Fund. Upon hearing what the Expansion will mean for their future at our Church—new classrooms, Fellowship Hall, and Activity Center—it was an easy decision for the children to make. In total they collected $200! But wait, there’s more!
The giving did not stop with our children. Parishioners in our community caught wind of what our enthusiastic youth accomplished and were inspired to match their donation…twice! Meaning their initial $200 was matched, bringing the amount to $400, which was then matched again for a grand total of $800!
We are thankful to God for our children’s willingness to help others and give from their hearts. Truly, the future looks bright for Holy Resurrection with God at the center of their lives.
